Areas of Research, Teaching & Practice
Mina’s research and practice center on somatic intelligence and how embodied awareness cultivates vitality and healing. Through somatic dance and movement-based approaches, she explores the body’s inherent wisdom at the intersection of artistic exploration and neuroscience. Her work encompasses somatic movement education, one-on-one healing sessions, and performance practice. Mina guides students and clients to move beyond functional views of the body and reconnect with their unique living soma. Through this integration of art, science, and embodied awareness, her work reveals how sensing and creating—both individually and collectively—become pathways of renewal and aliveness.
Artistic Practice and Passion for the field
Mina’s artistic practice is rooted in somatic awareness and movement-based expression. Dance and theatre are central modes through which I explore embodied imagination and collective vitality. She works improvisationally and relationally, where movement becomes both an aesthetic and communal inquiry into how life expresses itself through the body.
